STUDENT CLINIC
When you book an appointment in our Student Clinic, you are agreeing to the policies and procedures that are included in the service agreement that you are required to acknowledge and agree to during the booking process. You should read the agreement in its entirety to elevate the quality of your visit with us.

CLASSES
When you register for a class, you are agreeing to the policies and procedures that are included in the service agreement that you are required to acknowledge and agree to during the registration process. You should read the agreement in its entirety to elevate the quality of your visit with us.

Our Communication Policy & Disclaimers
(Unconventional, but necessary)
We do not have a receptionist or support staff. It's just us--a group of healing arts practitioners doing our best to support the health and wellness goals of our clients AND living full lives beyond our sacred work in the clinic. For us, hunkering down in the wild world of email, voicemail, and unscheduled calls is not in alignment with our priorities. We have discovered that in order for us to stay focused on the sacred work we do, and to avoid the stress-inducing demands of socio-technological engagement and related distractions, here's how we roll:
1. If you send an email our way, make sure it's relevant to us, and be sure to follow up with a text message letting us know (502-821-0305) that you sent an email.
2. If you call us, please don't do so with an expectation that we will answer. We keep our phones off during the day.
3. If you call and leave a voicemail that you want us to listen to at our convenience, please text us to let us know that you left a voicemail.
4. If you want to talk to someone on our team (after you have reviewed the wealth of information on our website, text us your first and last name, and the nature of your inquiry and we will either text you to schedule a call, or simply call you back.
5) If you are running late for your appointment, send a text directly to the practitioner that you are schedule to see.
